This is a play on Ready, Set, Go.

Ready - Prepare, plan, set intentions & implement goals.

Go - Move forward with purpose.

Reset - Let go of what's not working, not every attempt at change will be perfect, reassess, learn and begin again (and again and again and again…)

A divorce coach is not legal counsel, a mediator or a therapist. We are recognized as someone to provide a helpful alternative to conflict resolution. Consider it a form of life coaching, with a sole purpose.

A divorce coach helps reduce feeling overwhelmed through the divorce process. We assist with communication problems and are a supportive thinking partner.  We can help navigate difficult decisions and adjust to post divorce life.  We also advise priorities through an emotionally difficult time.

BOUNDARIES in addition to setting goals, sharing resources and creating a professional team. We can also organize thoughts, identify priorities, and strategize prior to meetings. Its important to develop better communication skills and help manage complications while assisting with co-parenting challenges.  Ultimately, we want to empower and support our clients.

Someone who is considering divorce, doesn’t know where to begin, is starting a search for legal counsel, is in the midst of a divorce and is making decisions, wants the support of an impartial guide, needs accountability, has clear goals and milestones they need assistance achieving and is worried about co-parenting, custody, etc. We can also help in post-divorce and clients struggling to find their way, beginning the dating process and finding their way independently.

A mental health professional, a licensed therapist, a sympathetic friend, an attorney, a mediator or a financial advisor.

Commit to the decision, file paperwork, negotiate a settlement, trial (if necessary) and finalization.  There is an end, I promise!

Emotions are fluid. Mental health is real. Tough decisions are required. Divorce challenges all of it, let me help guide you through the process.
