YOU DON'T FIND YOURSELF, YOU CREATE YOURSELF!

SET GOALS!! Set boundaries & priorities and achieve them. Change your habits. Adjust your thought process to be positive. Don’t overanalyze. Don’t feel stuck. Get a cheerleader. Don’t feel suffocated by “social norms”. Find passions and interests and new hobbies. Baby steps. Embrace failure. Don’t compare yourself to others. 


HAVE FUN!! It’s okay to not be okay. Make mistakes. Ask for personal space. 


BE BOLD!! Don’t get anxious. Take responsibility. Learn to let go. Don’t get stuck in a rut. Begin a new journey. Be present.  Live consciously. Reflect on goals and values. Be mindful of external influences. Practice self-compassion. Go easy on yourself. Ditch negativity. Take a tech break. Get up and moving. Practice gratitude. Laugh it off.  Treat yourself. Retail Therapy. Feel lost.  Get found. It’s not all figured out. Avoid toxic people.  Refuse to gossip. Be kind to yourself. Ask questions. Learn. Get inspired. Have a lazy day.


GO OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!!! Be afraid. You are not always ready. Start a journal. Practice mindfulness. Try not to be overwhelmed. Sleep. Concentrate. Focus. Be unapologetic. Be true to yourself. It’s not all or nothing. Overgeneralization. Mental filtering. Magnification. Minimization. Emotional Reasoning. Exercise. Meditate. Share your thoughts. Don’t isolate. Forgive. Build resilience. Find inner peace. Focus on overall wellbeing. Let go of anger.  Move forward. Focus on the journey. Have an end goal. Get motivated.


GET EXCITED!! Make long term plans. Have something to look forward to. Adjust your approach. Stay committed to your goals. Make progress. Keep moving forward. Don’t withdraw.  Share your feelings. Don’t shutdown. Don’t lash out. Be independent. Learn to sit in it.  Feel your emotions. Don’t cling to one person. Find your support. Manage your emotions. Respect. Focus on your well-being. Focus on what is in your control. Prioritize quality.  Quality over quantity. Emotional safety.  Be authentic. Validate your feelings. Vulnerability. Keep your word. Have a non-judgmental attitude. Feel painful emotions. Trauma. Intensity. 


MAKE MEMORIES!!! No regret. Zero guilt. Have bad days. Feel emotionally damaged. Heal. Repeat positive affirmations. Speak with conviction. Visualize. Be patient. It’s not easy.  Self-care. Eat healthy.  Spend time outdoors. Make meaningful connections. Stick to a schedule. Hold yourself accountable. Be flexible. Celebrate small victories.  And big ones. 


 YOU ARE HUMAN!! A range of emotions. Take time off.  You can’t control everything.  Practice healthy coping mechanisms. Don’t feel inadequate. Clean up your living area. Be in nature. Take a trip. Declutter. Practice gratitude. Invest in your mind. 


CRY!!! Relieve stress and tension. Endorphins. Boost your immune system. Make time. Get comfortable. Grow.  Appreciate friends. Love your family. Self awareness.  Incremental improvement. Eliminate triggers. Be gentle to yourself. Setbacks happen. Track progress. Identify goals. Find Inspiration. Travel. Friendship. Rebuild.  Find yourself, create yourself!


BE HAPPY!!!  Growth. Increase resilience. Avoid self-destruction. Relaxation techniques activated.  Breathing exercises. Talk to a professional. Be engaging. Emotions come and go. CHOOSE HAPPINESS!
